Our Mission
Our mission is to build mainstream talmud torah boys into the leaders of tomorrow.
HOW?
We achieve this by creating unique weekly programming that trains camaraderie, leadership, team building and mutual support, all in a fun and warm environment.
THE GOAL:
Our goal is to get the boys to learn to think outside of themselves, think of others, be a part of something bigger. Ultimately, that is what creates a leader.
The Staff:
We handpick our madrichim from the best yeshivos and give them thorough training, in addition to weekly “in-service” training throughout the year. These dedicated bachurim connect with the boys personally and serve as role models to them.
The program is run by higher staff that are recognized by the community as leaders and who constantly seek guidance from their leaders - the local rabbonim, including Rav Yaacov Haber and Rav Yehoshua Landau .
The Boys:
Our program benefits every student. We have boys ranging from “top of the class” to all different academic and social levels. We build each boy starting from his level when he joins.
OUR PROGRAMS:
SHTEIG:
Learning is a very important part of Bnei Hashraah. It offers the Madrichim the opportunity to show the boys the value of learning and how enjoyable it can be. Seeing the madrichim in their fun element and then showing priority to limud torah is eye-opening to the boys. We incorporate learning in all of our programs in addition to the dedicated “shteig” with cholent twice a month.
TEAM BUILDING:
Using unique and proven equipment, our madrichim work alongside experienced instructors to build games that while fun and entertaining, train the boys to work as a team. A chain is as strong as its weakest link so they must work to build each other up to succeed at the greater goal. They learn to develop skills like communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution and working under high pressure.
LEADERSHIP:
This is where we take it to the next level. We create fun activities that train the boys to build necessary leadership skills like planning, innovation, decision making, delegation, understanding the audience, integrity, and accountability. Throughout the year, the boys are given opportunities to put their skills into real practice by running programs for the youth both in and outside Israel.
CHESED:
Chesed is one of the pillars of our program. The boys learn to assist those less fortunate in a way that is fun and engaging. This gives them a double good feeling, spiritually and emotionally, and propels them to initiate kind acts on their own volition; in school, at home, or anywhere!
PLANNING:
A lot of thought, care, love and individual attention is put into the planning of each program. Each step we build for these boys needs to be big enough for everybody but not too big for anybody. We strive to ensure a steady growth in every area and skill toward each individual boy’s extracurricular and personal development.

We believe all children can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
Our Mission
Living in fast-paced world, our aim is to turn our children into givers and not just takers.
