Matzo Baking Grades 5&6

There is no Pesach without Matzo & there is no Bnei Hashraah without Mazto BAKING!!!!!

I hereby authorize my son to participate in Bnei Hashraah's Matzo Baking activity on 1.4.22 at Feigenson shul, 24  Rechov Hashushan (corner of Hasushan & Narkis) I release, waive, and covenant not to sue Bnei Hashraah or its organizers or madrichim for any damages that may occur.
